Oracle Fish is a mysterious creature who resides on Beerus's Planet and floats in mid-air along with its fishbowl. It has the power to see into the future and prophesied the arrival of a powerful foe who would appear before the God of Destruction Beerus. Rumor has it that Toriyama had envisioned Oracle Fish to be larger than a human, but since he never drew a scale chart for the characters, it was ultimately depicted as being the size of one's palm.
