Story
Silver is a colonel in the Red Ribbon Army who, under orders from his superior, went in search of the Dragon Balls with his subordinates. However, the Red Ribbon Army's radar was unable to pinpoint the exact location of the Six-Star Ball, forcing Colonel Silver to search for it for 20 days before discovering it had already been snatched up by none other than Goku.
