Furukawa: "The response I've gotten in regards to the movie completely exceeded my expectations. Whether it's from fans or even just staff at recording studios I've been working with, everyone has been telling me, 'Dragon Ball was amazing!' 'It was such a blast!' 'I heard it was really good! I'll have to go and see it!' I've been blown away by all the support. And ever since the movie's release date was announced, my Twitter followers have gone through the roof! It always makes me happy when I see tweets where people are saying how much they enjoyed it."

Nozawa: "You can't hate them, can you? The Red Ribbon Army. They've got just the right amount of silliness, don't you think? I like them a lot for that—that they're not too edgy. You can tell just by looking at them that whatever they're up to, our heroes are sure to thwart them in the end."
Furukawa: "They've been like that since around Dr. Gero's time, right?"
Nozawa: "Right, right. They've always got a few screws loose—almost like comic-relief, sometimes."

MC: "I know that many fine details have been packed into the film, and it was said that there's a lot to enjoy for second-time viewers, but what are some aspects of the movie that you can't fully appreciate with just a single viewing?"
Furukawa: "One example would be how incredibly detailed the Red Ribbon Army's base is. All of the background art is great. The scene where it's raining is fantastic too. Other than that, I think that Piccolo's house is another thing to pay attention to the second time around. It may just be one little house with a garden, but there's a lot going on there. The interior design and decorations are particularly interesting in my opinion. It's almost like a young girl's room in some aspects."
Nozawa: "It's really great!"
Furukawa: "He even has a mailbox!"
Nozawa: "It'd be awful if he never got any letters... Gohan will have to make sure to send him some!"

MC: "Some fans are also starting to think that Piccolo might be a better dad than Gohan. Just what is going on with the Son family and their parenting?"
Nozawa: "Well, in our case... Ah, listen to me talking like it's really my own family. (laughs)"
MC: "You do play all three men of the Son family household, after all!"
Nozawa: "It's difficult to say. On one hand, you want to say to Goku, 'What on Earth are you doing?!' but Piccolo and Gohan's relationship is really wonderful too. Gohan respects Piccolo a whole lot."
Furukawa: "Piccolo is a cornerstone of Gohan's little family too, right? And at the same time, you sometimes also feel like Gohan is a large part of Piccolo's identity as well."

Nozawa: "Just once in my life I would like to speak into a microphone in a sweet-sounding voice. For this job, I always have to yell lines like 'Dowah!' and 'Orya!', which require you to squat a bit away from the microphone and really focus all your energy."
Furukawa: "You've been requesting that for a while now. All you staff members, please let Ms. Nozawa play a woman for once!"
MC: "Ms. Nozawa, I've heard rumors that you can perform a Kamehameha first thing in the morning, right after you wake up. Is that really true?"
Nozawa: "One of my junior colleagues told me that it's difficult to record in the morning, so I responded, 'I can perform the Kamehameha right after I wake up!' They were so shocked!"
Furukawa: "Ms. Nozawa is so incredible that she makes everyone else look bad. (laughs)"

For the final event, a live feed of 5 major towers in Japan—Tokyo Tower, Sapporo TV Tower, Chubu Electric Power MIRAI TOWER, Kyoto Tower, and Fukuoka Tower—was shown on stage... Then, while Mr. Furukawa performed a Makankosappo: Special Beam Cannon in real time, all 5 towers lit up in Piccolo's trademark green!

Furukawa: "Thank you to everyone who was able to attend today. Japanese anime is one of the representative media among the varying kinds of pop-culture content available around the world, and I feel that the Japanese anime industry would not be where it is today without the Dragon Ball series.
