The Weekly ☆ Character Showcase is an article series where we introduce one character from the Dragon Ball universe each week. This week, Cell evolves into his semi-perfect form to wreak even more havoc!
Story
This is the form that Cell achieves after tracking down and successfully absorbing one of his "siblings", Android 17.
This Second Form grants Cell unbelievable power, but he continues his quest to become perfect and remains fixated on absorbing his final target: Android 18.

Android 16 valiantly fights Cell to protect his two Android companions and seems to have the upper hand in their first battle, but after transforming into his Second Form, Cell quickly defeats the gentle giant with his newfound power and speed. Cell then attempts to absorb Android 18, but Tenshinhan arrives just in the nick of time and manages to hold him off using his formidable Neo Kikoho.
