For this installment, we'll be breaking down the brief appearance of the presiding monk of the martial arts temple where tournaments like the 21st Tenkaichi Budokai were held!

This dog of few words is the honorable master of the temple where the Tenkaichi Budokai is held.
Just before the first match of the 21st Tenkaichi Budokai between Krillin and Bacterian, he's invited to say a few words by the announcer. It turns out he only needed one: "Woof."
We couldn't have said it better ourselves.

In the fourth match between Goku and Giran, the young warrior called out to Kintoun to save him from falling out of the ring. Giran cried foul, so the announcer consulted with none other than the head priest himself for a ruling. In the end, he decided to allow the use of the magical cloud as a one-time-only exception.
