Chichi - Goku Training Arc -

The "Weekly ☆ Character Showcase" is an article series where we introduce one character from the Dragon Ball universe each week. This week's target is Chichi from the Goku Training Arc!

Story

Chichi is the daughter of Gyumao, who lives in a castle atop Fry-pan Mountain. Though she is pure-hearted, she is also extremely determined and even brought down a dinosaur with the cutter on the top of her helmet! She rode on Kintoun alongside Goku to get the Bashosen from Kamesennin in order to extinguish the fires engulfing Fry-pan Mountain. It was then that she made a promise with Goku to one day become his wife.

Techniques Used

Cutter Throw
Chichi can detach the razor-sharp cutter on her helmet and throw it at enemies like a boomerang.

Helmet Beam
Chichi is also able to fire a beam of energy from her helmet.

She's very quick to fall in love!

After Yamcha realized the girl he had taken down earlier was actually the frightening Gyumao's daughter, he went back and tried to smooth things over by claiming he was in love with her. Chichi took this proclamation very seriously and immediately fell head over heels for Yamcha, even fantasizing about a date between the two!
