Story
An individual with a peculiar physiology that makes him transform from a wolf-like being into a human when he looks at the full moon.
When Jackie Chun destroyed the moon during the 21st Tenkaichi Budokai, Man-Wolf became unable to change back into his human form. Seemingly stuck as a wolf for the rest of his life, he harbors a deep resentment towards Jackie Chun.

Man-Wolf is a martial arts master who holds a stunning 30th level black belt in Kenpo. He enters the 22nd Tenkaichi Budokai and advances all the way to the main matches, where he faces off in the second match of the tournament against his hated foe Jackie Chun, who is actually Kamesennin in disguise! At the onset of their match, Man-Wolf unleashes a flurry of powerful attacks with great intensity, but not a single one even comes close to connecting with the elderly martial arts master.
