We have confirmed that the following issue is occurring on iOS devices that have the Twitter app installed:
・When attempting use a Twitter account to create a new Dragon Ball Members account or log in to the Dragon Ball Official Site, or when changing account link settings from a different SNS account to a Twitter account, an authentication error will occur. When navigating to a Twitter-related link via an internet browser or app, this error will occur due to the Twitter app opening before authentication can properly complete.

This issue can be solved by disabling the universal link* setting for the Twitter website and then repeating the Twitter authentication process.
*"Universal Links" refer to a function that automatically opens a specified app when clicking on the link for the relevant website.
*The universal link can be re-enabled by opening the relevant website in your browser and tapping the "Open" button from the pop-up menu.


The universal link can be disabled using the method shown below.
1. Open the iOS browser (Safari).
2. In Safari, once the URL configured with a universal link is displayed (in this case, the URL for the Twitter website), press and hold down on the URL.
3. A menu will be displayed. Select the topmost option ("Open") to navigate to the selected website.
