Story

A genius martial artist who has won two world martial arts tournaments before competing in the Tenkaichi Budokai.
He plans to win the Tenkaichi Budokai and use his victory to cement himself as the world martial arts champion.

He makes it to the main event at the 22nd Tenkaichi Budokai and faces Goku in the fourth match.
Panpoot throws a punch at the start of the match in lieu of a greeting, but Goku is completely unfazed.

Still overflowing with confidence, Panpoot announces that Goku doesn't know who he's dealing with.
The fighter then proceeds to show off his strength by performing a flurry of kicks and punches, which he finishes off with a devastating elbow strike that destroys the wall of the tournament ring!

Panpoot then declares that he will quickly defeat Goku in a mere 30 seconds. The match begins, and Panpoot moves in and unleashes a prideful punch... that is easily brushed aside by Goku, who responds with a series of lightning-fast elbow strikes that put his opponent down for the count!

Panpoot's somersaulting entry into the ring really got the tournament crowd hyped up.
Upon seeing this, Krillin remarks that, despite his ordinary appearance, Panpoot goes out of his way to get people to notice him.
