Rao is a gruff sheriff who appears in SAND LAND, Akira Toriyama's legendary manga, and now that same manga has been turned into a hit film that's playing in Japan as you read this! The new scenes that Toyotarou mentions in his comments happen during the climax of the film, and Rao plays a major role! Be sure to experience Rao's coolness firsthand at a movie theater near you!
