Story

Berible is an elderly female member of the Frieza Force charged with looking after Frieza himself.
She can usually be found by Frieza's side sporting an unsettling smile on her face.

She could be seen guiding Frieza 41 years ago on Planet Vegeta when King Cold handed over control of his forces to his son and the Cold Force first changed names and became the Frieza Force.

She normally moves about by floating through the air, and her appearance has not changed in those 41 years.

Berible can also been found handling various affairs on Frieza's behalf, such as rewarding Cheelai and Lemo with a bounty for them rescuing Broly and his father from Planetoid Vampa. She also supplies Broly with some fancy new battle armor.

In the film, Berible correctly guesses what Frieza's reason for seeking the Dragon Ball is: "You're going to wish to grow taller, aren't you?"
The tiny blue dynamo even continues beyond that, bolding stating that "There are so many soldiers who've called Lord Frieza a pipsqueak. Of course, our commander eliminated all of them."
Despite all this slander, the way the would-be galactic emperor shrugs off Berible's comments truly speaks volumes about their relationship.
