Story

Lunch is usually a kind, polite lady, but that all changes when she sneezes! Upon a simple “Achoo!”, her hair turns blonde and her personality changes drastically, which can spell trouble for anyone unfortunate enough to be standing in her way!

We first meet Lunch when she is on the run from the police after robbing a train. In the middle of this high-speed chase, she sneezes and returns to her demure, black-haired persona.
Goku, who had been searching for a young lady to bring back to Kamesennin so he would train the young Saiyan, sees this all going down and rescues Lunch.

Lunch and Kamesennin end up getting along, which leads to her moving into Kame House.
Her sneeze-fueled transformations continue, and her sometimes sweet, sometimes chaotic escapades add lots of "spice" (and occasionally even poisonous blowfish dishes) to the lives of those residing at Kame House.

Her transformations definitely come in handy sometimes though, such as when her friends intentionally induce a sneeze so she can trounce the Red Ribbon Army goons attacking Kame House!

Later, Goku and his allies bring back a diamond from their adventure through a pirate base, which sends Lunch's blonde persona into a diamond-induced frenzy as she steals and flees with the precious stone. While this is going on, the Red Ribbon Army's very own General Blue plants a time bomb at Kame House. After sneezing somewhere, Lunch shows up to save the day!

Lunch also travels with the gang to the 22nd Tenkaichi Budokai by plane to cheer for her friends, barely managing to control her instincts to hijack the aircraft all the way...

Frustrated by the crowds at the tournament, Lunch then uses some questionable methods to clear the way and get them all some ringside seats to watch the matches.

She becomes overwhelmed with emotion during Goku and Tenshinhan's bout, causing her to exclaim "I’ve fallen in love with your savagery!!" to the now reformed Crane School Dojo fighter.

Lunch once against uses her impressive "crowd control" abilities to procure ringside seats at the 23rd Tenkaichi Budokai.
She again cheers on Tenshinhan during his battle against Taopaipai, telling him "C’mon, take him down, Tenshinhan!!! Don’t you dare lose--!!"

Lunch's Whereabouts

Five years after the 23rd Tenkaichi Budokai, Lunch is nowhere to be found at Kame House. Apparently, she went chasing after Tenshinhan.

And while it doesn't appear in the main story, she can also be seen furiously searching for Tenshinhan in a special piece done for Weekly Shonen Jump's " Put the Old Year Behind You! Jump Characters Face Off at Short GAG Land".

And here's another lesser-known piece of trivia: During the final battle against Majin Buu in the original manga, Android 17 is shown giving his energy to help complete Goku's Genki-dama. However, Toriyama himself has revealed that he planned to have Lunch appear here in the original draft!
