Story

Wife of the genius scientist Dr. Brief and mother of Bulma.
Always smiling, she's got a cheerful, go-at-your-own-pace sort of personality.

When young Goku was in the midst of his battle for the Dragon Balls against the Red Ribbon Army, he visits the Capsule Corporation, where Bulma grew up, to repair the Dragon Radar.
As Bulma was showing Goku the effects of the Micro-Band her mom suddenly appeared, and then stepped on her daughter who had shrunk to a size smaller than her mom's heels!

She kept blabbing to Goku all about Bulma's business like her fights with Yamcha, causing her daughter to see red.

Smiling, she says to Bulma, now exasperated, "Must you be so rebellious, dear?"

When Bulma's mom came to see the spaceship bound for Planet Namek that Goku had entrusted to Dr. Brief, she was overjoyed to see Goku all grown up.
After taking Goku by the arm she invites him out saying, "We should go out for drinks... after you beat up those Saiyans!"

During the Cell Saga, Bulma's mom looks at her daughter strangely when her daughter had come by asking her to babysit because, as Bulma explained, "I'm going to see my baby all grown up!"
