Story

Arale Norimaki is a girl who lives in Penguin Village.
On the surface, she appears to be an innocent and energetic girl, but she is actually a robot created by Dr. Senbei Norimaki!
Goku first meets Arale when he passes through Penguin Village in pursuit of General Blue from the Red Ribbon Army.

Goku finds that his Dragon Radar has broken again, but Arale offers to show the young Saiyan where Dr. Senbei lives so they can go get the doc to fix it. And in a flash, the duo hop on Kinto'un and are off!

Just after the Dragon Radar is fixed, General Blue appears and suddenly takes Arale hostage. The wicked General Blue then uses his telekinesis to paralyze Goku, and it seemed like our heroes were in a real pinch...

However, Arale quickly turns the tables on General Blue with a stunning dropkick followed by a mighty headbutt that sends the villain careening through the sky!

Surprised by her strength, Goku tells Arale that she should participate in the next Tenkaichi Budokai. Arale seems to be perplexed by the whole conversation and only utters a "Hoyo?" in response.

She is the ridiculously strong protagonist of the hit manga "Dr. Slump"!

Arale is the main character of Toriyama's gag manga "Dr. Slump," which was serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump before "Dragon Ball" began. Her meeting Goku in Tale 81, "Chased to Penguin Village!", was a dream collab for the protagonists of the two series.
Despite being a gag manga, we witness Arale splitting the earth in half and firing projectiles from her mouth in "Dr. Slump". You can definitely say she's comparable to Goku and the incredible strength he displays in Dragon Ball.
