The 102nd chapter of Dragon Ball Super is hitting store shelves across Japan in V Jump's Super-Sized April Edition on Wednesday, February 21st!

Saiyaman X-1 & X-2, Move Out!!

The intense battle with the Androids develops into a direct confrontation between our heroes and Dr. Hedo!
Dr. Hedo activates a colossal dinosaur android, Dinodroid 1, to greet them, but the Saiyaman duo manage to take it down using some impressive teamwork.
Now, no longer able to resist after the defeat of his "dino"-mite plan, Dr. Hedo is taken off to jail, but this is exactly where he needed to be for the Red Ribbon Army to make contact with him! Looks like more androids are on the way...

Gohan and Piccolo Infiltrate the Red Ribbon Army's Base!

Six months after the fateful meeting of Dr. Hedo and the Red Ribbon Army, Piccolo gets attacked by Gamma 2, an android sent by the Red Ribbon Army.
Piccolo evades Gamma 2’s finishing blow and feigns his own demise, and then uses the opportunity it provides him to stealthily follow his mechanical adversary back to his base. Once there, Piccolo learns of the Red Ribbon Army’s return, and of their nefarious plot to attack him and his comrades. The Namekian quickly makes up his mind to prepare for an upcoming struggle!

While Piccolo puts things into motion, the Red Ribbon Army decides their next target: Gohan! The nefarious villains kidnap Gohan's daughter Pan and use her to lure Gohan to their base. But this too was all part of Piccolo's master plan to awaken the half Saiyan's true power!

Faceoff Against the Android Duo!

Piccolo and Gohan face off against this powerful combo of Gamma 1 and Gamma 2. With both teams matching each other blow for blow, Piccolo transforms into Orange Piccolo and takes down Gamma 2! As the fight winds down, the Gammas realize that the Red Ribbon Army was their true enemy all along! It seemed like everything was heading to a peaceful resolution, but then...

Piccolo's Desperate Bet! Gohan's All-Or-Nothing Strike

Piccolo determines that their only chance of defeating Cell Max is to have Gohan focus all of his power into a single, focused attack.
To create an opening for his pupil to land his decisive blow, Piccolo confronts Cell Max head on!

The Beast Awakens! An Explosive Makankosappo: Special Beam Cannon

Piccolo puts his life on the line to slow down Cell Max, taking a devastating counterattack that knocks him unconscious.
At that moment, a stupendous power pours forth from Gohan as he transforms!
As the wild, primal force begins to stir within him, Gohan awakens into his new "Beast" state!

Gohan’s strength in this newly awakened Beast state is enough to make even Cell Max wary.
As the fierce fight between Gohan and Cell Max rages on, Piccolo regains consciousness and manages to bind Cell Max once again! Gohan takes this chance to fire off an attack at full power! This attack was none other than Piccolo’s signature move, the Makankosappo: Special Beam Cannon!

Gohan’s attack pierces through Cell Max’s head!
At last, the warriors have prevailed over their android adversary!
And thus, the world was saved once again.

But Wait, There’s More?!

Although Cell Max may have been defeated, the Red Ribbon Army remained. Magenta’s right-hand man, Carmine, as well as Soldier Number 15 are still at large! However, despite having the funds, they lack the manpower to take on Gohan and Piccolo.
​

But a chance encounter with Saiyaman X-1 and X-2 seems like the solution to Carmine’s dilemma.
The two are able to stop a bank robbery all too easily, which catches Carmine’s eye.
Through some smooth talking, Carmine extracts a promise from the two to take down a "bad guy".
What they don’t know is that this "bad guy" is none other than Gohan...

With the Saiyaman duo in tow, Carmine barges into Gohan’s home. Upon catching sight of Carmine, Gohan is immediately ready for battle, transforming into his Beast state.
Realizing Carmine’s deception, Trunks and Goten are understandably left in a state of shock.

Just then, Goku makes an appearance!
The Ki emanating from Gohan in Beast form is so powerful that Goku was able to sense it all the way from Beerus's Planet! Having heard all about the battle against Cell Max, Goku came over as fast as he could via Teleportation.
And it looks like he’s got something in mind, but what could it be...?
