The Weekly ☆ Character Showcase is an article series where we introduce one character from the Dragon Ball universe each week. This week, let's take a look at South Kai, who had tons of fun helping out with Goku's training!
Story
South Kai is a deity who watches over the southern quadrant of the universe. Wanting to see Goku, the famed warrior of the north's talents for himself, he pays a visit to North Kai. Seeing Goku training with weights on both arms and both legs, he scoffs, "I didn't know people still trained that way...", but is then shocked to hear that each one weighs two tons.
