This month's illustration is Chuji Wu from "Tobal No. 1"!

Tobal No. 1 is a fighting game for the original PlayStation that Akira Toriyama did the character designs for! The story takes place in 2048 on a fictional planet known as Tobal, where various humans and aliens duke it out for supremacy. There's even a secret character called Tori-Robo that you can unlock after clearing certain objectives! Hmm...why does that name sound so familiar...?
