The hit app game Dragon Ball Legends, available on iOS and Android, is currently holding its 6th anniversary campaign!

As part of the festivities, the addition of ULTRA Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta was announced during the July 9th episode of Reveals & Stuff!

In this article, we'll be going over what you'll be seeing in part 3 of the 6th anniversary campaign, as well as looking back on parts 1 and 2! Plus, we'll finish things off with a message from the producer, so make sure to read to the very end!

Armed with overwhelming firepower, Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta is an extremely powerful attacker who can deal a ton of damage in only a few moves! Use the Ultimate Arts "Rising Big Bang Kamehameha" to take out your opponent in one fell swoop! This is your chance to experience the immense power shown by Gogeta in the Dragon Ball GT anime, so don't miss out!

To celebrate the arrival of the new ULTRA Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta, the release trailer featured super cool drifting footage of a car with wrapping designed to represent the fan-favorite warrior!

■ What Makes Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta So Special?
The first thing to notice about Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta are this character's stunning animations! It recreates Goku and Vegeta's Fusion from the anime in the ink-brush animation style unique to ULTRA rarity characters, so it’s definitely a must-see! I also think Gogeta's imposing presence was really brought to life in the moving color illustration. And another interesting point is that it's composed to look like Gogeta is confronting the illustration for the previously released ULTRA Omega Shenron. Please check it out for yourselves in the game!

■ Must-See Highlights of the Drifting Performance Video!
The theme for the performance is Goku and Vegeta's struggle in the fight against Omega Shenron and their subsequent Fusion that allowed Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta to come into being, which are some of the best and most famous scenes in GT! We put a painstaking amount of detail into each and every shot so that all of our viewers could feel the excitement surrounding this character. In particular, we decided to film this at a wider angle than usual for a more dynamic and immersive experience. On top of that, the music was composed to really build up the suspense leading up to Gogeta's appearance, and, of course, to complement the drifting scenes and make them even cooler!

So, as you can see, we put a lot of thought into this video, but the main point was to make sure the appearance of the Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta-mobile was the most exciting moment!

Now, let's take a look back on parts 1 and 2 of the 6th anniversary campaign!

6th Anniversary Campaign Part 1!

Part 1 started on May 25th and saw the debut of LEGENDS LIMITED Vegeta & Goku and LEGENDS LIMITED Super Saiyan God SS Goku & Vegeta!

The new character info for part 1 was revealed with a breakdancing video! Each of the two dancers wore colors representing Goku and Vegeta, and at the end of their breakdancing routine, they did the final move of the Fusion into Super Vegito. The moves representing each character's signature attacks and the dancers' incredible synchronization are a must-see!

We were lucky enough to be in the room for the filming of this awesome video, and we have some behind-the-scenes shots for you!

Parts of the breakdancing trailer were actually revealed ahead of time as part of a countdown to the 6th anniversary on the official Legends X account! Some people even managed to guess who the new character was!

In addition to the above character reveals, other exciting events for the 6th anniversary were also announced, and after the show, the fans were so hyped that a special Legends anniversary hashtag hit the top trending spot on X in Japan!

6th Anniversary Campaign Part 2!

Part 2 kicked off on June 18th and featured the debut of LEGENDS LIMITED Ultimate Gohan and LEGENDS LIMITED Super Saiyan God Goku!

This was Ultimate Gohan's first appearance in LEGENDS LIMITED rarity! With two different types of Unique Gauges, this character's powerful offensive abilities really shine starting from the midpoint of battle!

Super Saiyan God Goku from the Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods movie made his long-awaited debut as a Super Saiyan God character in LEGENDS LIMITED rarity! Fill up the Unique Gauge to see the truly explosive attack power of this character for yourself!

Finally, we have a message for you from the producer about the 6th anniversary events and what the future holds for Legends!


■ Thoughts and Feelings Behind the 6th Anniversary Events
For the 6th anniversary, we wanted to express our thanks to all of our Legends players and make sure everyone could keep on enjoying exciting battles with even more characters! So, including characters obtainable through Events, a total of eleven new characters were added over the course of the 6th anniversary campaign’s three parts. For part 1, we listened to our players' and at long last introduced Goku and Vegeta Tag Characters that can fuse mid-battle into Super Vegito and SSGSS Gogeta in a stunning simultaneous release. Then, we added our first character from the Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods movie, Super Saiyan God Goku, as well as Ultimate Gohan from the Majin Buu Saga of Dragon Ball Z in part 2. And finally, we added the only form of Gogeta from the anime and manga not yet seen in ULTRA rarity, Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta, in part 3. When you factor in the Event-obtainable Bulma, I'm pleased to say that for the 6th anniversary we were able to introduce new characters from a wider range of series than ever before!

■ The Future of Dragon Ball Legends
Dragon Ball Legends reached its 6th anniversary this year, and it's all thanks to the continuing support of our players! I can't thank you all enough. We have lots more new content and improved features planned so that our players can continue to enjoy battles with all the amazing characters Dragon Ball has to offer! In fact, we have an update coming this summer, and plans for a major version upgrade are in the works as we enter our 7th year! Legends will continue to power up so that more people can enjoy this game for as long as possible, so keep an eye out for further developments!
