Story

Burter is a member of Frieza's elite squadron, the Ginyu Force.
On Frieza's orders, the Ginyu Force arrive on Planet Namek in order to chase down Vegeta, who's made off with the Dragon Balls.

Caught by the Ginyu Force, Vegeta flings one of the Dragon Balls into the distance.
However, this bold strategy is foiled by Burter's impressive speed, as he is able to easily catch the flying Dragon Ball and bring it back to where the other members of the Ginyu Force are waiting.

Having lost a thrilling round of rock-paper-scissors, Burter is forced to sit back and watch as Guldo and Recoome face off against Vegeta and the others.

After Goku arrives on Planet Namek, he takes down Recoome, but Jiece and Burter are ready to fight back!
However, Goku's strength is far more than they bargained for, as the force of his Ki alone is enough to knock them off their feet!

With his superior speed, Goku is able to catch Burter off guard and slip behind him. In response to Burter's boasts of being the fastest in the universe, Goku mockingly replies, "Maybe you used to be."

Reasoning that Goku will "never win by speed alone", Burter's next strategy is to try and keep Goku on the move, tire him out, and then go in for the kill, but he gets taken down by a fierce strike from Goku!

In the end, Vegeta deals the finishing blow, taking Burter out of the equation!

Burter Has a Sweet Tooth?

Krillin and Gohan crash the fight between Recoome and Vegeta!
Angered by this, Recoome demands, "Lemme do the two shrimps too, okay?!" to which Burter fires back, "Oh, fine, do what you want!! But you'll have to treat us to chocolate parfaits later!" Just by looking at him, you'd never guess Burter could be so saccharine!
