Story

The Oracle Fish is an eel-like creature that lives on Beerus's Planet.
It enjoys leisurely floating around the planet in its fishbowl.

The Oracle Fish also happens to have the power of prescience, and prophesizes that in 39 years a powerful opponent will appear before Beerus.
