This month's illustration is "Neko Majin"!

The Neko Majin are the stars of a gag manga that was published in Weekly Shonen Jump, Monthly Shonen Jump, and Saikyo Jump!
You can even see cameos from Vegeta and Goku in Neko Majin Z! They say the Neko Majin were trained by Goku, which is how they learned their "Nekohameha" technique.
