Story

Kahseral is a member of the Pride Troopers who keep the peace in Universe 11. He's a kind warrior filled with a sense of justice, quick to ensure the citizens were evacuated safely when monsters attacked Planet Bas.

Kahseral participates in the Tournament of Power along with his Pride Trooper allies as Universe 11 representatives. Kunshi, Zoiray, and Kahseral team up to attempt to take down Goku, but the Saiyan easily dodges their attacks and turns the tables on them!

Next, the Pride Troopers take on a berserk Kale but find themselves struggling against the overwhelming strength of the crazed fighter!

The function of the device on his right eye

The device on Kahseral's right eye has scouter-like capabilities, allowing him to measure Kamesennin's Power Level during the Tournament of Power. However, Kamesennin's low Power Level proved to be misleading, and Kahseral was unable to perceive the master's skilled techniques clearly.
