While neither Goku nor Vegeta could hold a candle to Yi-Shinron even at Super Saiyan 4, Gogeta immediately has him at his mercy with three punches too fast to be seen, along with other flashy attacks.

Despite taking an endless volley of Yi-Shinron's energy blasts head on, Gogeta barely flinches and even says with an amused look, "Actually, your little treatment took care of a crick in my neck that's been bothering me."

Further taunting him with their differences in power, Gogeta claims that he won't destroy Yi-Shinron so long as he promises to never hurt anyone ever again.
An enraged Yi-Shinron then fires a massive Power Ball of condensed Negative Energy. But in kicking the ball away from the Earth, Gogeta adds a helping of his own Positive Energy. The ball explodes, dispelling the dark miasma cloaking the world.

Gogeta seeks to put an end to Yi-Shinron with a blast from a Big Bang Kamehameha, but the dragon shockingly manages to survive. Unfortunately, upon charging up to unleash the attack a second time, Gogeta's Fusion dissolves and Goku and Vegeta revert to their separate selves.

Clones
Gogeta splits into five apparitions and makes to fire five separate Kamehamehas at once...but he chooses to tease Yi-Shinron by firing off five party poppers instead.
