Story

A high-spec robot that can understand human speech and act on it.

After Colonel Silver destroys Goku's Kintoun and leaves him without a method of transportation, he finds a number of Hoipoi Capsules left behind by the Silver Corps.
After choosing one at random, this robot appears from within it.

When Goku requests a vehicle that can take him far away, it tells him which capsule contains an airplane.

The robot pilots the plane in Goku's place, heading north towards the Dragon Balls.

However, due to the cold, it ceases functioning, causing the plane to crash with Goku still inside.

Trivia

This robot may be brusque, but it has a certain charm!

The robot greets Goku with a lazy "Greetings". Then, when Goku explains he wants to head north, he simply replies, "Then go". When Goku complains about the cold, he is uncaring, saying, "Given that I am a robot, I must conclude that it is just you". And when Goku asks why it's so cold, he coolly explains that "Atmospheric temperatures decrease in northern latitudes". Despite this, the robot's final words are "I seem to be frozen".
