Story

A powerful participant in the 28th Tenkaichi Budokai.
Standing 2.3 meters tall, he really stands out both for his size and for his trademark long, braided ponytail.

In the first round, he was disappointed to see that he was up against Pan and mocked her, saying, "For combat I came here! Not kindergarten!"
Pan simply responded to this insult by sticking out her tongue.

He seemed reluctant to fight, saying, "I suppose I should chuck her off the stage...", but it seems his concern was unnecessary. A powerful slap and kick from Pan sent him flying into the walls around the ring, immediately sending him out of bounds and disqualifying him.

This fierce competitor made it all the way to the semifinals in the previous tournament!

In the 27th Tenkaichi Budokai, Mo Kekko was defeated by Mr. Buu in the semifinals. Goku and his friends weren't present for this tournament, showing that he's pretty strong for a standard Earthling!
