Making matters worse, Janemba picks up a club lying on the ground, transforms it into a dangerously sharp sword that can cut through space itself, and wastes no time using it to come after the Saiyan warrior!

Just as Janemba's about to land the finishing blow, Vegeta suddenly barges onto the scene! Janemba elongates his arm, captures Vegeta, and flings him into a mountain of needles, but thanks to Goku the Saiyan prince manages to escape a second death.

In order to defeat the overwhelmingly powerful Janemba, Goku and Vegeta try to perform Fusion, only to fail, resulting in the debut of the rather large-sized Veku! Blindsided by Veku's unpredictable attacks, Janemba finds himself caught up in an absurd back and forth.

When Janemba notices that Goku and Vegeta are about to attempt Fusion once again, he tries to attack them, but Paikuhan intervenes in the nick of time and obstructs Janemba.

Paikuhan yells out "Disgusting freak!" at the monster, who has a reaction to the insult that gives Goku and Vegeta enough time to successfully complete their Fusion. Gogeta attacks with incredible agility, and as Janemba throws a powerful punch with all his might in retaliation, Gogeta hits him with a sparkling energy attack that causes Janemba to completely dissipate, leaving the original Saike Demon in his place.

Janemba can break down his physical form into pieces, just like a puzzle. After he vanishes he reappears somewhere else and quickly reassembles his physical form.

This formidable foe's weakness is insults!

Janemba possesses such overwhelming strength that even Goku is impressed to the point of exclaiming "I’ve never felt a power like this!" Which is why it's surprising that insults of all things are his weakness, as Janemba seems to take damage when Paikuhan bad-mouths him. Paikuhan was the one to discover this weak point when he noticed the barrier Janemba had placed around Lord Enma's Palace took damage when he said rude things to it.
