At long last, the Dragon Ball Super manga has reached its 10th anniversary!

Dragon Ball Super first graced the pages of V Jump in June 2015 with the beginning of its original publication in the super-sized August edition of that year! Plus, the Dragon Ball Super anime began airing in July 2015, making the two released around the same time!

To celebrate its 10th anniversary, we'll be taking a look back at V Jump's front cover illustrations by Toyotarou!

The battles in the Future Trunks arc were heating up in the 2017 super-sized March edition!

2017 Super-Sized October Edition

The 2017 super-sized October edition features a stunning front cover with a whopping 22 characters to mark the start of the Universe Survival arc! While Krillin and Kamesennin are partially hidden behind other characters, full-body illustrations of them were drawn as well.

So as a fun reveal, here's the full version of Kamesennin, looking happy as can be!

2019 Super-Sized November Edition

For this issue, Planet-Eater Moro, the strongest prison escapee from the Galactic Patrol Prisoner arc, faces off against Goku and Vegeta in a dramatically composed illustration. The background is packed with different battle scenes, serving as a reminder of the intense fights leading up to this moment.

2021 Super-Sized February Edition

In the 2021 super-sized February edition, Goku takes center stage as the Galactic Patrol Prisoner arc reaches its climax! The lighting accentuates the radiant aura of his Ultra Instinct form.

There was also a special feature in this issue highlighting all the battles from start to finish in the Galactic Patrol Prisoner arc! Toyotarou also shared his excitement on the upcoming Granolah the Survivor arc, saying, "This one's going to be more exciting than ever before!"

2021 Super-Sized June Edition

Granolah strikes a super-cool pose alongside a battle-ready Goku on the front cover of the 2021 super-sized June edition! In this arc, the tension rises as Goku and the others head to confront Granolah, now the strongest in the universe, setting the stage for the intense battles to come!

2022 Super-Sized October Edition

The 2022 super-sized October edition is a special issue celebrating the climax of the Granolah the Survivor arc! The finale was packed with shocking twists such as Granolah collapsing, an onslaught by Gas... and the debut of Black Frieza! The cover features an epic father-and-son moment between Bardock and Goku, showing a new side to Bardock revealed during this arc.

This issue even came with a poster starring Bardock front and center!

2023 Super-Sized May Edition

The 2023 super-sized May edition marks the moment when the SUPER HERO arc, which started with Trunks and Goten's superhero activities, finally dives into the movie's storyline! The master-and-disciple duo of Gohan and Piccolo is featured in this cover illustration!

2024 Super-Sized February Edition

And in the 2024 super-sized February edition, Gohan and Piccolo appear in their respective most powerful forms! The story reaches its climax with an all-out battle against Cell Max. Amidst this epic showdown, the series reached its 100-chapter milestone!

To celebrate 100 chapters, there's an impressive two-page color spread featuring Gohan (Beast) firing off a Makankosappo: Special Beam Cannon!
