SAND LAND: THE SERIES, an anime based on Akira Toriyama's hit manga, is currently hitting Japanese airwaves! Episode seven, "On to a New Adventure", airs today and marks the start of "The Story of the Angel Hero"!

Let's take a look back on what happened last week before the latest episode broadcasts!

Supreme Commander Zeu has arrived on the scene along with an army of his secret weapons, the Insect Men, and even the fiend prince, Beelzebub, doesn't seem to stand a chance against their numbers. Despite Rao's concerns, Beelzebub overwhelms the Insect Men with his fiend powers.
Meanwhile, Rao and Thief infiltrate the Royal Army's mega aircraft carrier. In a bid to settle things once and for all, Rao faces off against Supreme Commander Zeu on the deck of the aircraft. Up against Zeu's cunning and his ability to fly through the air, it looks like Rao might be in trouble...!

"On to a New Adventure" To Air Today!

Episodes one through six make up "The Story of the Fiend Prince", which covers the story of the Sand Land film along with newly added scenes.
From episode seven, the story continues where the movie left off with "The Story of the Angel Hero", made up of new content written by Akira Toriyama 20 years after the manga's original publication!

In this seventh episode, having saved the world of Sand Land, Beelzebub and the gang move on to the verdant kingdom of Forest Land, where they meet the self-styled hero, the angel Muniel!
