Story
After taking on his second form, Frieza goes head-to-head with Piccolo. Seeing Piccolo get serious by removing his weighted clothing, Frieza remarks, "Did you think that would bother me?!" Determined to strike fear into his opponent with the power of his transformation, he changes into his third form.
