Several days have passed since the return of water to Sand Land.
Beelzebub and Thief accompany Rao to deliver supplies to the Picchi. On the way, they stop by a town, where they are accosted by the angel Muniel, who calls himself a hero. However, after a short scuffle with Beelzebub, Muniel is forced to retreat.
After safely delivering their cargo to the Picchi, the three next witness a girl speeding along on a motorcycle with a group of drones in hot pursuit. Having caught up with her, one of the drones reaches into the girl's bag and flies away with one of her possessions.
The stolen object turns out to be a material that brought about tragedy 30 years prior: Aquanium!
