In the town square, Beelzebub, who is attempting to stop the king's execution, faces off against the so-called hero Muniel. Meanwhile, Rao and Thief have infiltrated the palace to reclaim the Aquanium, but Supreme Commander Bred stands in their way.
Although Rao and Thief manage to narrowly escape, Beelzebub finds himself in a desperate struggle against Muniel and is ultimately captured.
With Beelzebub now in his grasp, Muniel uses him to sway the hearts of the crowd and moves to carry out the execution.
