Story
Elec is the leader of the Heeters, a shadowy group who influence the universe's dealings behind closed doors with the power of money and intel.
With his younger brothers Oil and Gas and younger sister Macki serving as his underlings, he seeks to usurp Frieza's position for total supremacy over the entire universe.
