After Tenshinhan and Yamcha are easily dispatched by Bojack's henchmen, Gohan launches a counterattack. Surprised, Bojack remarks, "Impressive. His level of skill is even more advanced than I'd hoped. This should be fun."

Overwhelmed by Bojack's henchmen, Gohan is eventually defeated, reverting to his base form. Bojack fires a massive energy blast towards Gohan, only for it to be safely blasted away by Piccolo's Makankosappo: Special Beam Cannon.

Piccolo attacks, but Bojack counters with an energy blast. He attempts to land the coup de grâce on a fallen Piccolo, only to be saved at the last second by Trunks, who unleashes a flurry of Energy Wave attacks at Bojack. But sadly for our hero, Bojack deflects these by creating a barrier around himself.

Goku, who had been following the battle from Another World and unable to bear it any longer, uses teleportation to reach the battlefield and intervene, landing a blow on Bojack and rescuing Gohan in the process.

Emboldened by Goku's help and words of encouragement, Gohan powers up to Super Saiyan 2. Though Bojack's henchmen once again attempt to render Gohan immobile, their efforts prove futile, as he effortlessly obliterates both Bido and Bujin in quick succession.

Using a terrified Zangya as a shield, Bojack launches a surprise attack against Gohan but fails to hit his mark. After one last desperate attempt to blast his way to victory using both hands, Bojack is defeated by Gohan.

The beastly Bojack was once sealed away by the Kais!

According to North Kai, Bojack is someone who "has an insatiable appetite for genocide." He was once sealed away on a planet at the far edge of the galaxy by the combined powers of the North, South, East, and West Kais, but he was set free when the North Kai lost his life in the blast caused by Cell's self-destruction.
