Pan recalls her mother telling her to never judge a book by its cover, prompting Wu-Shinron to remark, "You should listen to her… I call the Electric Slime!" He then fires electricity at the pair with Electric Slime, but it has minimal effect.
In response to his foes' indifference to his attack, Wu-Shinron absorbs innumerable slimes to perform Gigantification.
He unleashes a string of electric attacks from his fingertips, cornering Goku and Pan.

However, this has no effect on Goku, who transformed into Super Saiyan 4. With Goku unleashing a 10x Kamehameha, it looks like it's game over for Wu-Shinron. However, the attack merely bounces off his squishy, slime-like body.

Wu-Shinron extends his appendages from his back to siphon electricity, undergoing Gigantification and becoming so large that he engulfs the entire town.
Enveloping Goku and Pan in his Electric Slime, he immobilizes the pair and unleashes a torrent of electricity upon them, rendering the two unconscious.

Just as defeat seemed inevitable, it suddenly began to rain, short-circuiting Wu-Shinron's Electric Slime body and causing him to self-destruct.

Wu-Shinron, who's undergone Gigantification, is composed entirely of Electric Slime, while his real self resides inside his stomach. He commands the Electric Slime deep within the safety of the squishy body.
