Traveling by airplane, Goku and Supreme Kai accompany Glorio to the Demon Realm, where they head towards the residence of Glorio's client, King Kadan of The Third Demon World.

Shortly after arriving in The Third Demon World, the trio are attacked by bandits, who are quickly driven away by Glorio and his gun. He later disposes of a beast that had emerged out of nowhere, in a rather impressive fashion. Remarking on his fighting prowess, Goku tells him, "Bet you'd give Supreme Kai a run for his money", demonstrating great interest in Glorio's power.

After reporting back to King Kadan, Glorio accompanies Goku and his friends on their journey to collect the Dragon Balls and restore themselves to their original forms.

Glorio spars with Goku in an effort to test his own strength, demonstrating his magic with lightning-like attacks unleashed from his fingertips. However, Goku, now in Super Saiyan form, brushes off his magic and catches him off guard from behind. Though no match for Goku, he does appear to have considerable strength.

Trivia

He isn't usually one to show his emotions, but...

He got slightly annoyed whenever Goku got his name wrong, calling him "Giorgio" time and time again. He finally snaps, saying, "You're doing that on purpose, aren't you?" and demands, "Say it right."
