This is a special series where we feature sketches drawn by Toyotarou, the co-creator of V Jump's ongoing series Dragon Ball Super!
As a follow-up to last month's article, this month's illustration once again features a group of mad scientists!

These five scientists appear in a variety of movies, games, and anime, which are as follows!

●Dr. Collie
Dr. Collie appears in the movie Dragon Ball Z: Bio-Broly. Hired by Baron Jaga Batta, he is a scientist specializing in genetic engineering. He creates a number of Bio Warriors, one of whom is Broly, who once attacked Goten and Trunks!

●Dr. Flappe
Dr. Flappe appears in the Dragon Ball anime and is a scientist who lives on the outskirts of Jingle Village. In an anime-original development, he makes his appearance before Dr. Gero does and is depicted as being commissioned by the Red Ribbon Army to create Android 8.

● Kikono
Kikono appears in the movie Dragon Ball Super: Broly as a brilliant scientist belonging to the Frieza Force. Having served under King Cold as well, he is the inventor of both Scouters and their battle armor!

● Dr. Rota
Dr. Rota appears in both the Dragon Ball Super anime and manga. He even participates in the Tournament of Power as a representative of Universe 6! Although he appears to possess mysterious powers of his own, he is eliminated from the competition before he can really show them off.

● Paparoni
Paparoni appears in both the Dragon Ball Super anime and manga as well. Just like Dr. Rota, he is also a competitor in the Tournament of Power. He is the mad scientist behind the creation of the Modified Warriors of Universe 3 and later becomes part of the Merged Warrior Anilaza.
