Leader Cards

Leader Cards Alt-Art (Above: After Awakening; Below: Standard)

All five Leader cards in this set feature Alt-Art versions! The Leader card is the most important part of any deck, and you can win by attacking your opponent's Leader card and reducing its life to zero! Plus, once you have fulfilled certain conditions, you can flip your Leader over and awaken it to give its power and abilities a huge boost!

The lineup for this set once again features some seriously outstanding cards, including cards that depict the master-disciple bond shared between Gohan and Piccolo, as well as Bojack, who is making his Fusion World debut!

Super Rare (SR) Cards

The "Red" SR Alt-Art cards for this set are all related to the Genki-Dama, and include "Son Goku", "Hercule", and "Super Genki-dama". The highlight of these is the "Super Genki-dama" Extra Card that utilizes "Ki", an energy marker placed under a card! By removing 7 or more "Ki" from under your "Son Goku" Leader in battle to grant your Leader "Triple Strike", you can inflict 3 damage! Plus, for each "Ki" removed by this skill, your Leader's power is boosted by +5000, making this a truly legendary card! Ensure you attack with your powered-up Leader when the condition of having no Extras with a cost of 2 or more in your Drop is met!

"Son Goku", "Vegeta", and "Vegito" make up the "Blue" SR Alt-Art cards, and all three have the "Evolve" skill! This "Vegito" card specifically allows you to choose up to 2 "Blue" cards under it with a cost of 4 or less and activate their On Play skills with no skill cost as though this card had those skills. This is an extremely powerful card that even lets you activate the skills of "Son Goku" and "Vegeta" cards even after they've fused!

The "Green" SR Alt-Art cards feature characters linked to Gohan, including "Son Gohan: Future", "Videl", and "Piccolo"! This "Piccolo" card's On Play skill has you place 1 of your energy into your Drop, and if you have a total of 2 or more "Ki", you can play up to 1 card with "Son Gohan" in its card name and a cost of 5 or less from your hand! Not only does this card's skill let you play out a dreamlike scenario with "Son Gohan: Future", but it also shines when paired with a number of other cards!

The "Yellow" SR Alt-Art cards feature a lineup composed of movie villains who stood in the heroes' way, "Zangya", "Slug", and "Boujack"! This "Boujack" card featuring the villain who fought all-out against Gohan is the standout of these cards! Not only does he allow you to play up to 1 Battle Card with a cost of 2 or less from your hand On Play or When Attacking, he also has a Permanent skill that activates during your opponent's turn! During your opponent's turn, if this card would be removed from your Battle Area by your opponent, you may reduce the "Ki" of your Leader by 1 and KO 1 Battle Card in your Battle Area instead! This is a particularly fiendish card that uses your own Battle Cards as sacrificial devices!

"Android 17/Android 18" and two versions of "Cell" wrap things up as the "Black" SR Alt-Art cards. This marks the first appearance of "Black" android cards! "Android 17/Android 18" wields an Auto skill that adds 3 cost to up to 1 "Cell" with a cost of 1 when used in a combo from the Battle Area! Utilizing this skill as a starting point to later "Evolve" it into an even more powerful Cell is key to using a "Black" Cell deck! The 6 cost SR "Cell" card has an On Play skill that has you draw 2 cards and makes this card unable to be KO'd until the end of your opponent's next turn, allowing you to continue fighting as you contemplate your next move!
