Story
Ebifrya is a vicious warrior created by the evil genius scientist Dr. Wheelo and his assistant Dr. Cochin using advanced biotechnology. He boasts enormous, inhuman strength, along with a special ability to manipulate icy winds.
Dr. Cochin believes that the strongest body in the world is required to resurrect Dr. Wheelo and plans accordingly. To test the strength of the captive Kamesennin, Ebifrya, together with Kishime and Misokatsun, downs him with a powerful blow.
When Goku shows up to rescue his captured teacher, Ebifrya unleashes a barrage of unstoppable icy blasts, freezing him solid.
