This illustration features "Geppuman"!

Geppuman was wanted by the Galatic Patrol for his serial dine-and-dashing. He was easily apprehended by Jaco on Lord Zuno's Planet, but one wonders if his escapes were as gaudy as he looks in this illustration when skipping out on a bill.
