The World Travelogue series is where we shine the spotlight on some of the most memorable locations in the world of Dragon Ball. This time, we're taking a careful look around the tranquil plains in the southwest area of the central continent, where the nefarious Babidi's Spaceship was hidden!

This spaceship is where the evil wizard Babidi made his preparations to resurrect Majin Buu. He hid his ship underground where the Supreme Kai and Kibito couldn't find it, with only a small, barely noticeable entrance above ground. With only one building in the surrounding area, it was virtually deserted. Goku and the others boarded the ship through its entrance, only to find they would have to descend through multiple floors, defeating Babidi's minions along the way, in order to find the control room where Babidi himself was located.

〇Babidi
An evil wizard seeking to finish his father's work, he harnessed any damage taken by Goku and the others throughout the levels of his spaceship and turned it into energy measured in "Kiri" that could be used to awaken Majin Buu.

〇Puipui
A minion of Babidi's minions who fought Vegeta. There was too great of a difference between his and Vegeta's strength, and he was annihilated by the Saiyan prince soon after taking the stage.

〇 Yakon
This is the monstrous minion who fought against Goku. He likes nothing more than to eat the delicious energy from light, but during their battle Goku turned Super Saiyan and gave him more than his stomach could handle, causing his body to explode!

And there you have it! This area is close to Uranai Baba's Palace, so we're talking about a place with a lot of desert and wasteland around. Makes you wonder if, when Babidi's forces investigated the Earth 300 years ago, they came across this area and thought it would be a good spot to hide a spaceship!
