Jump's biggest event of the year, Jump Festa 2024, was held at Makuhari Messe in Tokyo, Japan on December 16-17(Sat/Sun)!
Here's Part 1 of this two part report!
[Part 1] Jump Festa 2024 Report! An Event Packed With Stage Shows and Dragon Ball Goodness!
In Part 2, we'll be talking about the latest figures and the amazing photo spots!
We couldn't take our eyes off of all the incredibly high-quality figures on display at the MegaHouse booth!
In particular, the "PRIME1STUDIO × MegaHouse Mega Premium Masterline - Dragon Ball Z: Fourth Form Frieza" figure's presence was almost too much to handle! The sticker price of ¥242,000 might be a bit shocking at first, but once you see the real thing in person you can understand where every yen went!

We were also very impressed by the Desktop Real McCoy SAND LAND Royal Army Tank Corps No. 104 instructional display!
The Bandai / BANDAI SPIRITS booth had all sorts of figures lined up for display! These included some awesome entries from Ichiban Kuji, which is celebrating its 20th anniversary!
A highlight was "Ichiban Kuji Dragon Ball EX Series Fierce Battle! Tenkaichi Budokai", which is set to roll out on Saturday, February 10.
This newest installment in the beloved series features characters such as Chichi and the Tenkaichi Budokai announcer who don't usually get the figure treatment, making this an exciting lineup indeed!
In the crane game prize display section, fans were able to see currently available figures as well as get a sneak peek at what's on the horizon.
This included the brand-new "Dragon Ball Super BLOOD OF SAIYANS -SPECIAL XVII-" figure (pictured above) that rolled out on Wednesday, December 27. We personally overheard some fans commenting on how cool Broly looked and we couldn't agree more!

Check out these poseable figures from the S.H.Figuarts series! The playful exhibition even gave fans a look at S.H. Figuarts Full Power Frieza, which only just went up for pre-order! Look at how detailed the muscles are; you can even see his veins popping out! The full force of Frieza's power could be felt even through the display glass!

The Bandai Namco Entertainment / Bandai Namco Amusement booth featured special real-life summons for the hit app games Dragon Ball Z Dokkan Battle and Dragon Ball Legends via some jumbo-sized screens!
After watching some amazing summon animations, we were able to get our hands on illustrations from the games themselves, which made us very happy indeed!
Our eyes were also immediately drawn to the huge balloon rendition of the Royal Army Tank Corps No. 104 that was set up to promote the SAND LAND game! It was so solid-looking and detailed it didn't look like a balloon at all! We were even able to get our picture taken with the bad boy Beelzebub himself!
Of course fans were also able to play a demo of the upcoming game as well, making this one must-visit area!
Speaking of SAND LAND, Jump Amusement Island put on the "Game & Anime SAND LAND Breaking Info Stage Show".
This cool event was chock full of info about the anime coming in spring of 2024 and the upcoming game where fans can experience an adventure across the desert land for themselves. Plus, this event gave fans the chance to see and learn about upcoming merchandise!
Victory Uchida and the game's producers were there, and the demon prince himself even joined in on the fun!
On the same day as this massive event, the DB特派員 (Dragon Ball Representative) Project also kicked off on X (Twitter)!
Fans attending Jump Festa posted from the venue with the hashtag #DB特派員, so try searching it to see what kind of experiences other fans had at this wonderful event!
