Jump's biggest event, Jump Festa 2025, was held at Makuhari Messe in Tokyo, Japan from December 21st to 22nd, 2024! We'll be bringing you tons of info about all the fun events held at the venue, split over two parts!
In Part 1, we'll give you the lowdown on all the stage events that took place over the two-day period, including all the brand-new info that was announced for a ton of different Dragon Ball titles!
Jump Super Stage RED is where the main events took place during Jump Festa 2025! A special Dragon Ball event was even held here to close out the first day!
At this special event, Dragon Ball DAIMA cast members Masako Nozawa, Yumiko Kobayashi, Koki Uchiyama, and Fairouz Ai made appearances alongside the Dragon Ball series executive producer, Akio Iyoku!
From the voice actors discussing their favorite scenes to the first public showing of Akira Toriyama's unreleased illustrations of Majin Kuu and Majin Duu, this event was jam-packed with fun!
A Dragon Ball DAIMA event was held at Jump Amusement Island's Mountain Stage on the second day!
Following his appearance at Jump Super Stage RED, Dragon Ball series executive producer Akio Iyoku took the stage here as well!
Fans got a sneak peek at a ton of Dragon Ball products, including the special limited-edition boxes distributed randomly to Amazon shoppers, products from the Dragon Ball DAIMA POP UP STORE opening on January 10th, 2025, and more!
The Dragon Ball DAIMA event on the Mountain Stage wasn't the only event everyone was thrilled to see. Fans were also super excited to see the live drawing and autograph session by the co-creator of Dragon Ball Super, Toyotarou, as part of V Jump and Saikyo Jump's event on the first day!
He gave some great advice for drawing Goku, such as tips when drawing his eyes and other general pointers for improving your technique!
Plus, there were even some exciting announcements!
V Jump's super-sized April edition, scheduled to go on sale in February 2025, will feature the return of Dragon Ball Super with a one-shot! The story will finally reveal why Trunks and Goten, who protected the city as the superheroes Saiyaman X-1 and X-2 during the SUPER HERO arc, wanted to become heroes in the first place!
But that's not all! A sneak peek of the storyboard will be available on the Dragon Ball Official Site one week before the release of V Jump super-sized April edition for a limited time only, so stay tuned!
And of course there was an event for games, too! Specifically, a special event for the new 3D fighting action game, DRAGON BALL: Sparking! ZERO, which was released in October 2024! It was during this event where a fierce showdown unfolded between Victory Uchida and Victory Asada!
At the stage event for the popular, high-octane trading card game, Fusion World, Victory Asada took on Minami Shinohara in a digital battle! The audience had a blast watching the digital version-exclusive animations displayed on the screen!

There were also lots of Dragon Ball Super Divers stage events held over the two-day period at the Jump Amusement Island and the Bandai / BANDAI SPIRITS booths! One of the most exciting events among them was the "Fastest! Strongest! Divers Finals", which determined the 2024 Dragon Ball Super Divers champion! Here's a look at some of the highlights from this event!
Between the semi-finals and preparations for the finals, advertising producer Kopei did some pull-ups for his "Kopei Challenge"! He was able to successfully achieve his target number amidst the supportive and enthusiastic cheers!
Then, a heated final match to decide who would be crowned the champion followed soon after! The highly competitive battle can be found in the archive!
