The world-famous pop culture extravaganza New York Comic Con returned again this year! New York Comic Con 2023 was held from October 12th to October 15th (local time) in New York City!

Dragon Ball Fans Gather from All Around the World!

Approx. 3,000 Dragon Ball fans from around the world assembled at the Empire Stage!​

The MCs for the event were Bulma’s English voice actor, Monica Rial, and Matthew Masaru Barron. Furthermore, Whis’ voice actor, Ian Sinclair, as well as Akio Iyoku from Capsule Corporation Tokyo also joined the stage!

Tons of New Game Info!

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 has just received a huge new update, and the first anniversary season is currently ongoing in DRAGON BALL: THE BREAKERS. Plus, there was a ton of new info about Dragon Ball games and card games, including the announcement of the brand-new FUSION WORLD version of the DRAGON BALL SUPER CARD GAME.

In addition, DRAGON BALL Games Battle Hour 2024, was also announced! This is an event that celebrates all types of Dragon Ball games, and its 4th iteration will be held in-person from January 27th to January 28th at the LA Convention Center. Check out the related article for more details!​

Dragon Ball DAIMA Announced!

But the biggest announcement was still yet to come! It was here that the production of the brand-new Dragon Ball DAIMA anime series was announced! You can check out teaser trailer that premiered at the event below!

The crowd went wild for messages from the Dragon Ball Creator himself, Akira Toriyama, as well as the Japanese voice actor for Goku, Masako Nozawa!​

Victory Uchida’s Surprise Interviews!

The lucky fans who got to watch the DRAGON BALL SPECIAL PANEL got an exclusive T-shirt and button badge! The T-shirt featured the young-looking Goku from the DAIMA trailer!
