This odd-looking duo appeared in the three-part V Jump serialization of "Dragon Ball: Episode of Bardock".
They may not appear in the main story of Dragon Ball, but their intriguing designs are the handiwork of Toriyama himself.
The parent-child pair lived long ago on Planet Plant—the planet Bardock found himself on during the events of the "Episode of Bardock" manga.
