The Weekly ☆ Character Showcase is an article series where we introduce one character from the Dragon Ball universe each week. This week, we’re meeting a character who debuted in Dragon Ball Super's God of Destruction Champa Arc: Cabba!

Cabba is a kind-hearted and earnest Saiyan from Universe 6's Planet Sadala who makes an honest living taking down bad guys for paying clients.
He is chosen as one of Universe 6's representatives at the tournament held between Universes 6 and 7, where he finds himself at odds with a fellow Saiyan, Vegeta.
During their fight, Cabba displays incredible combat prowess, which is perhaps to be expected from a member of the warrior race, but after Vegeta turns Super Saiyan, he finds himself utterly overwhelmed.

The design of Cabba's battle suit is the same style as the old Saiyan armor from Universe 7!
Vegeta remarks that Cabba's battle suit resembles Saiyan armor in the pre-Frieza Force days.
